‘Nocturno’ at PHotoESPAÑA festival, Spain
From 6 to 27 June 2025, a large selection of Cyrus’s recent works were exhibited at Estudio Carlos Garaicoa in Madrid alongside work by Cuban photographer Evelyn Sosa. Curated by Piero Tomassoni and Claudia Pérez, this dual exhibition was part of the acclaimed PHotoESPAÑA photography festival.
For the opening on 6 June, Cyrus participated in a ‘talk-and-paella’ event at the studio, giving a talk about his process and some of the ideas that inform his work.
